We ship across India. Orders are processed within 3-4 business days and delivered in 8-10 working days. A nominal shipping fee is calculated and applied at checkout.

Yes, you can cancel your order in two ways:

  • Within 1 hour of placing it for a full refund.

  • Before it is dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Yes, we offer international shipping to select regions. Please contact us at support@riwaayaa.com for specific details and shipping charges for your location.

  • Jewellery: Must be unused, unworn, and have all original tags attached. Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Cosmetics (Lipstick, Serum, etc.): Returns are only accepted if you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or expired product. We do not accept returns for opened, used, or tampered cosmetic items.

Please email us at support@riwaayaa.com within 24-48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear photos or a video of the product and its packaging

  • A copy of the invoice

  • The reason for the return

We will guide you through the next steps, which include a free pickup from your doorstep

Once your return is received and approved by our Quality Control (QC) team, the refund will be processed:

  • For cancellations within 1 hour: Within 10 working days.

  • For approved returns: Within 12-15 working days.
    Refunds are credited to your original payment method (bank account, wallet, or card).

No, we do not offer exchanges for either jewellery or cosmetics due to product hygiene and safety. If you wish for a different item, you can return the original (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order.

Yes, some of our jewellery products come with a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover repair or repolishing for products that have been modified, misused, or have normal wear and tear.
