• Returns: Accepted only for wrong, damaged/defective, or expired items, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof. Opened or used products cannot be returned.

• Refunds: Processed as a replacement or a full refund within 10-15 working days if the return is approved. Refunds are not given for opened/used products, change of mind, or dislike of color/texture.

• Exchanges: Not available.

• Cancellations: Possible only before the order is dispatched.
