Cosmetics
1. Returns
Due to the hygienic and personal nature of cosmetics (lipstick, serum), we do not accept returns of cosmetic products that are opened, used, or tampered with.
Returns are accepted only if:
You receive a wrong item,
The product is damaged/defective at the time of delivery, or
The product is expired at the time of delivery.
In such cases, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video proof at support@riwaayaa.com (or WhatsApp Business contact).
please take the videos at the time of opening the box if you see outside packeging is tempered or not in good condition
2. Refunds
If your return request is approved, we will process:
Replacement with the correct/fresh item, OR
Full refund to your original payment method or your bank account or wallet within 10-15 working days.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Opened or used products,
Change of mind, dislike of colour/texture
Orders reported after the return window (48 hours).
3. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are not available due to product hygiene & safety.
You may place a new order for the preferred shade/variant.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Photos/videos of the product and packaging,
Reason for return/refund.
2. Our team will review and confirm eligibility within 3-4 working days.
3. Approved returns must be shipped back in original packaging.
Jewellery
1. Returns and exchange:
Items must be unused, unworn, and have all original tags attached.
